How should you deal with your brothers mistake with your game

Sorry I do not know how to write a caption paragraph. I brought a Bioshock Infinite the other day. I thought it was complete rubbish but I don't refund my games. He refunded it, took $25 towards a Battlefield 4 preorder. He told me and expected me to be happy. I was really unhappy. Even though I hated the game. I still wanted to keep it. What can I do. Just forget or do something. Because the game wasn't good I still want a copy though (so I have the set). Should I try and do something or just wait till it is like $40?
