No, only Luigi is it because he is the only Nintendo character in Sonic smash bros brawl.And even his poltergust 3000 is in there. Be size it's to dangurous for Mario to be in it.Luigi has water in his poltergust  it can push things away like Mario's fludd in ssbb, he can shut water out of his poltergust to a character that who has a spin attack.
