Why cant I re-download battlefield 3 after I deleted it It said the product code was already used

Most likely since you already downloaded the game it thought you used it. So, it doesn't wan't you downloading multiple copies of battlefield 3. Contact support for where ever you bought it from and see if you can get it fixed.
