How do you unlock park place on monopoly hotels

Previously, the Park Place hotel in the mobile game, Monopoly Hotels, was not available until November 21st, 2012 when EA finally updated the game to include the hotel. With it's current addition, there is no level requirements to unlock the hotel, however it will cost 99 million in Monopoly game money to buy it. Additionally, it takes approximately two days for it to open and become available for adding rooms to the hotel.
As of November 24th, 2012, the final hotel Boardwalk has not been released and is not available until EA updates the game in the future to add the hotel.
