How do you make carnevil play on mame

Make sure you have both versions of the romset. Version 1.0.1 is 1 gigabyte, and version 1.0.3 is 128 kilobytes. It looks like that version 1.0.3 used the elements from the 1.0.1 romset to work. Drop both files in the rom folder.
