What happened at the end of bulletstorm the video game

Hunt, Ishi and Trishka board Sarrano's dropship and confront him. Sarrano uses his leash to take control of Ishi, who knocks Trishka out and almost strangles Hunt to death, though he's able to regain control. Sarrano shoots him down and beats Hunt, though Ishi sacrifices himself to save his life. Hunt takes Sarrano down by leashing an explosive to where he is hiding, detonating it, and impaling him on the wall.

However the general is not dead, he causes some of the floor sections to fall, taking Hunt and Trishka back to Stygia's surface. The pair return to the Ulysses and find an escape pod, ejecting themselves and being carried into low orbit as the Ulysses' bomb explodes. The pair float together, discussing future plans.

Credits roll, then a voiceover part is heard, of Sarrano complaining about his new cyborg body, and revealing that Ishi is still alive and under his control.
