How to limit download speed on any PC.. We have 1PC and 2laptops and 2mb internet connection.. when my brothers start watching youtube videos on Laptops my game start lagging..

Seeing as how you have multiple computers on one high speed connection you should have a router. All routers have the option to limit things such as download speeds & bandwidth limits to computers linked to it. What you need to do is find out what kind of router you have and then go to the company's website and go to the support section and find your router. I'm sure you can even send the company's tech support and email about the issue & I'm sure they can walk you thru it. I must warn you if you haven't ever messed around with router settings before it can be overwhelming & even intimidating, but in all honesty it isn't that hard. I've been building, fixing, maintaining, & using computers & other electronic devices for over 18 years & I am 100% self taught. Just make sure you take your time, read the support sections on your router and you should be fine.
