Is Metal Gear Solid 5 for PC

There have been a number of games dubbed as Metal Gear Solid 5, the first of which was Peace Walker, which Hideo Kojima said he believed it to be Metal Gear Solid 5 given that the development team for the game was as large as the one for Metal Gear Solid 4: Guns of the Patriots. However, as of August 2012, a new Metal Gear Solid game for the PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360 has been announced: Metal Gear Solid: Ground Zeroes, running on the new Fox Engine. It is also scheduled for release on Windows PC.
