Who is Dust Man

Dust Man is one of the Evil Robot Masters from the Capcom Game "Megaman". There's a HUGE series of it, up to about 10 or 11 games. And Dust Man is from "Megaman 4". (I'm not sure if that's right) but anyways, he's basically the Master of dust, he's basically like a Vacuum robot. He can use his vacuum to suck things up, and shoot them back out like projectiles. He has a really nice appearance, I say Capcom designed this guy pretty good. Megaman can have a challenge now. Haha.....
