What is the storyline for far cry 3

i brought the game for christmas and it is the best game i have ever played.
important information.

main story

you're called jason brody

your 5 friends are held captive on the island of what you sky dived onto.

vaas montenegro ( the guy on the cover) is crazy and dictates the island.

you kill vaas montenegro

you get help from a crazy doctor who helps keep your friends safe as you com plete missions

you meet vaas' sister citra a rebel leading fighting to restore the island to peace

you meet the group she rebel group she leads called the rakyat

you gain help from a spy undercover on the island called buck

the pirates are vaas' men not to hard to kill not oraganized just nutters with a gun but you learn of a man called hoyt and his men the privateers who are organized trained men. an army

to save your younger brother and complete the campaign you get help from an under cover privateer , sam , one of willis' friends you must go under cover as a privateer and destroy hoyts buisness this involves blowing up his cummunication system (a sateilite) and destroying his oil business

then he invites you to a poker night where you plan to kill him before he stabs sam and chalklenges you before you kill him he tells you your brother is waiting to be flown to yemen to be made a slave

this is where you must kill about 40 odd men shoot a helicopter before you find your brother who fly to the crazy drs house.

it has been raided and your friends have been taken dr tells you it was the rakyat just before you watch him die

your younger brother who i forgot to mention has a pilots liscense flys you to citras temple.

your friends are strung up citras gives you the option to go back on your morales and join her or you can save your friends.


side quests

if that was not enough

you can gain more money by playing poker

to hold more weapons , syringes or ammos you need to hunt , kill and skin animals to gain ingreidients you need to improve these items

when you start the game you have a limited view of the map so to gain a better view you must claim radio towers there are 18 on the island

to make it easier to move round the island you must liberate outposts run by vaas' pirates there are 34 of different difficulties

there are also chests to loot 120 relics to find 20 memory cards to collect and lost letters.

finnally you can also kill pirates to collect money.
