What is the game la noire about

The game is about the rise and fall of former US Marine Cole Phelps, who joins the LAPD after World War II. He becomes a detective, deals with murders, drug runners and arsonists, while his past is slowly revealed and how past events tie into the crime cases.

Gameplay consists of;

- Crime scene investigation - investigating for clues.
- Interrogations - suspects are questioned, you have to work out if they are telling the truth, lying, etc.
- Driving - mostly just from place to place, but there are car chases, and remember, you're a cop, damage to the city or citizens will count against you.
- Shooting - sometimes it comes down to this.
