Why is the walkthrough for Gretel and Hansel 3 out and not the game

As of March 2013, Gretel and Hansel 3 is still not available. Don't forget that producing a game is a business. There is no way to know what problems the creator has encountered, either with the game or with the online game industry. 
The Gretel and Hansel games are attributed to someone named 'Makopudding'. The most recent post by Makopudding is dated April 2011.
