How do you get bitizens on Tiny Tower

You must build a new floor as a residential floor and then you can move five new blitzens in by either taking them there on the elevator or using 1 bux to move one in instantly. Also if you get a VIP real estate agent in your elevator you can take them to a residential floor and move blitzens into all free spaces on that level.
