Can you have all of the survivors with you in dead rising 2

Depends on whether you're talking about all of them following you at once. If that's the question, it's somewhat possible in the fact that you can't save the survivors that are gotten through case missions, as you can't go to the safe house, or they won't follow you. Otherwise, you can have all of the other survivors following you at once.
