When you play The Sims 3 Pets you can play for about 2 hours then it shuts down. Why is that

This can occur for a number of reasons. Make sure your graphics card is not overheating, your game has the most recent patches, and your computer has the most recent graphics/audio drivers. If the problem persists, contact EA Games and/or your computer manufacturer.
