There are various ways to obtain miraculous fossils. One way is to dig them up via pay-to-dig areas in Treasure Lake (You can find Wondorous Fossil Rocks there, too), or by defeating the guy who has kidnapped princess pooch in the jungle labyrinth. After defeating him, Pauleen and Todd get Joanne, but you take princess pooch and get a miracoulous fossil. You can also buy them at the fossil rocks shop for 250,000 dollars, or excange 2,500 donation points (DP) for them.
