How do you get a Major glory pants in fusionfall

I found the major glory mask inside the E.G.G.E.R in the cul-de-sac.Most likely,the rest of the costume is also inside the E.G.G.E.R.You have to get the golden egg though because his costume is considered Ultra-Rare.Hope this helps.
