Is it possible for your parents to see everything you have done on your laptop with out going on it just wondering not cause of specifics

Yes...they can install spyware programs on their own or your computer and are able to see every key you press. Literally. It's called Keylogging. A way you can avoid this is by purchasing a software that blocks spyware, deleting all your web history, and scaning your computer every now and then. A good scanning program that comes pre-loaded on your PC is called: Windows Defender. You're welcome.
P.S. Don't do something really bad like watch p*rn cause those websites will screw up even the most protected computers.
