Where is hush on Batman arkham city

To find Hush, you must first finish his side quest, which involves finding three corpses throughout the city that have had their faces cut off and wrapped in bandages. After that is completed Batman will pinpoint Hush's location and you will encounter and have a conversation with him before he escapes to Gotham.
