How do you get a rank 7 tier on kifreegames

Getting a rank 7 tier is really hard, but there is a way to get them without having to put much thought into it (but it takes a lot longer to get). Play dueling diego and only stay in level 1 or go to level 2 and dont move, let the enemies come to you and jump over barrels, the boss on each level wont come to you so you dont really have to worry about moving on, get up to a million points or so and then die, you should recieve a rank 7 tier reward.
