What are the controls for Metal Gear Solid 4

The default controls for Metal Gear Solid 4, from the top of the controller to the bottom are as follows:
L2: open item window
R2: open weapon window
L1: aim/ready weapon
R1: use weapon (CQC when no weapon is equipped)
D-pad: up to zoom it on scope, down to zoom out
Select: show controls
Start: pause game
Triangle: action (context specific), enter first-person view when weapon is equipped
Square: turn auto-aim on and off
Circle: reload
Cross: crouch, hold to enter prone
Left analog stick: run
Right analog stick: move camera
R3: switch lefthand and righthand aiming
