How do you get Nazi zombie for COD4

There is no Nazi Zombies for CoD 4-MW, it's only in CoD 5-WaW and CoD 7-Bops.
And as I know, you have to somewhat "Hack" the CoD 5-WaW if you want a Nazi Zombies in it, I'm not sure, check it yourself
