Would playing world of Warcraft use less space on your network then watching videos all day

Generally World of Warcraft requires less bandwidth than watching videos, because most information is stored client-side, and only the synchronization is effectively done through the network.
While this can mean a lot of bandwidth is used when using a lot of addons that communicate with each other or in raids/battlegrounds, in general the usage is pretty low, and certainly less than streaming videos.
