In Harvest Moon Grand Bazaar Why Did Emiko Stop Accepting Gifts

If the item you are giving is not very fresh no one will take it.

Also if you don't talk to a person/ don't give them gifts for awhile they will stop accepting for a little bit. Just talk to Emiko everyday for a few days and she should warm up to your character again and start taking gifts.
