There are 26 cases in total. In the original version there were only 21 cases, these are the 21 cases tracked in your statistics. "The Consul's Car" "A Slip of the Tongue" "The Naked City" "Reefer Madness" and "Nicholson Electroplating" are all either pre-order bonuses or DLC (or both) and do not count towards that total, even in the Complete Edition.
