Can you still get an iron dagger in the elder scrolls oblivion if you are level 26

I think it may be possible to find them in containers, but if not, your only hope is specific items with powers I believe.

However there is an alternative for computer users. When in game, open the console with the tilde key (~) and type:

player.additem 00019171 1

An iron dagger with at full quality will be put into your inventory. The 00019171 is the code that is designated to the item specifically. The 1 after the code is the quantity of how many will be put in your inventory. So if you switched it to 100, there would be 100 iron daggers in your inventory.
