In order to break the monolith, you'll need a key item known as the "Hammer," which is in a blue mysterydata in Undernet 7. To reach it, you must first defeat FlamMan alpha, located in a dead-end in Undernet 5, and then FlamMan beta, located in a random battle in Yoka 1 by the water heater with Oilbody equipped in the NaviCust. This will unlock FlamMan's security cube in Undernet 6, and allow access to Undernet 7. You must then either feed the Spikey 50 BugFrags, or repeat the process above with DrillMan (alpha in Undernet 6, beta in HadesNet). This will allow access to the second level and the Hammer.
