When is the best time to play video games

Here is what I do so listen up! Usually I have work on the weekends for 8 hours a day so I will only play 9:15pm to 12:05am then I turn off the game and get 5 hours of sleep . I always wake up feeling rested and awake! This time gives me plenty of GTA 4 to play ! I hope this timing will answer your question and at least help.
