Does the orc racial in world of warcraft share a cooldown of any sort with a pve or pvp trinket and does the racial and trinkets stack

The orc racial, Blood Fury, does not share a cooldown with any trinkets. You can pop both (Blood Fury and one trinket) at the same time to stack them.
