1: The easiest, cheapest way is to win the heart of one of the other girls. Once you get a ring by trading the watch either Tiffany, Kate, or Devin gives you, go to the castle at the very, very far end of the map. Victoria will be there, with a heart over her head. She'll marry you because she finds the ring so beautiful. Much easier than spending all that money, and cheaper, too.

2:  in the Benjamin club to get in there you have to go to the piano club and buy a Benjamin pass for $25,000 ($50,000 if you don't have the cheat) once your in the Benjamin you have to have around $100,000 to get her attention
