How do you send plumpy a letter on Webkinz

Well once you log in to your webkinz account it shows up to the newspaper, right? If not go to newspaper. Anyway, once you are at the newspaper main screen look over to the left and there will be blue and light blue tabs. At the bottom it has a tab that reads "Contact us" once you click it to tabs will appear at the top "Questions" and "Comments and Suggestions". Make sure your on the Question tab and then go down and click the arrow on the orange box. Click the circle and drag all the way down, then click "Plumpy's Advice". Once you click it look at the bottom and click "CLICK HERE TO SEND PLUMPY A QUESTION!" and there you go.
