How can you rescure toons in toontown

You rescue toons by going to the hqs of cogs such as cellbot hq, cashbot hq, etc. you build up ur disguise so you can enter the vip cog room. you go in the elevator with a lot of toons and fight the boss until you save the toon.(or rescue)
