Can you dye your cloths in the game rift

Yes, you can dye your armor in RIFT. You can buy basic dyes from the RIFT store for 4 silver each, and there is a proffession that can make some more dyes. Each piece of armor except the cloak can be dyed a primary color and a secondary color.
