Bleach: Soul Resurreccion was released August 2, 2011 and is the latest PS3 release for the USA.
SONY BLEACH SOUL IGNITION for PS3 [Japan Import] was released in the Japanese market June 23, 2011. The only convincing that would be effective for a USA release of the title would be high sales for US released game Bleach: Soul Resurreccion
