Is Dragon Ball Z Budokai 3 better than Dragon Ball Z infinant world

Budokai 3 is regarded as the best Dragonball made so far and it's not hard to tell why, large character roster, fluid combat movement and a fun fighting game in general.
From personal experience I'd say Budokai 3 is better than Infinite World but like all games you can't really rely on what other people are telling you. If you can, buy both games and compare for yourself
