What happens in 9 Hours 9 Persons 9 Doors endings

Submarine Ending:
Junpei, Seven, and Lotus go through the Number 2 Door. When they complete the room they look for the others. They fine Santa, Clover, and Ace on the ground covered in blood. Seven checks Clover for her pulse and she does not have one. Junpei runs off to fine June and he finds her on the ground dieing. Her rushes over and she dies in his arms after they have a short conversation. When Junpei looks back he sees that Seven and Lotus have been stabbed and Lotus's bracelet is gone. There is a submarine in the room and Junpei walks over to it. When he reaches it he gets stabbed from behind and falls into the water.

Knife Ending:
June, Ace, Santa, and Junpei all went through the Number 6 Door. In that area they found a coffin and inside the coffin was a key and a gun. They escape from that room and go on to find the room with the Number 9 Door, accept there are actually two doors there with the number 9. With the people they have June would not be able to go through a Number 9 Door. So everyone agrees to go find the others instead of leaving. They meet up with some of the others but Clover is missing. They all split up to search. Junpei eventually gets in an elevator and goes down to a lower floor. When the doors open he sees Lotus on the ground against the wall covered in blood. Her bracelet is gone so she is dead. As Junpei walks over to her body he gets stabbed with a knife and dies. He sees the killer but doesn't say who it was so the player does not know.

Axe Ending:
Junpei, Clover, and Ace all go into the Number 1 Door. In there they find a dead man who was killed by an axe. The man has a bracelet that says Zero on it but the group quickly decides that man is not the real Zero and that this is some type of set up. In the room there is a video camera pointed at the door and they never figure out what it is for after all the puzzles are solved. They leave the room but Clover goes back for a moment. When she comes out Junpei notices she has something but gets distracted and doesn't push the issues. Those three then meet up with Lotus, Seven, Santa, and June. Santa, Seven, Clover, and June all go off and then Ace says he needs to speak with Lotus alone so the two of them go off. Junpei is all alone until Clover comes back covered in blood with an axe in her hands. She has killed Seven and Santa because she assumes they killed her brother. She also killed June for getting in her way. She asks Junpei to go through the Number 9 Door using a bracelet she took from one of the dead. Junpei reaches for her hand and then she kills him with the axe as well. She then walks off to supposedly leave through the Number 9 Door on her own.

Coffin Ending:
In this ending Junpei, Clover, Santa, June, Ace, Seven, and Lotus all make it to the room with the Number 9 Doors. They conclude that not everyone can make it through the doors with the numbers they have left. The best outcome is six out of seven escaping. That would require Seven to stay behind. He volunteers to do so but certain people start saying that they do not want to leave if Seven has to be left behind. Then Santa speaks up and says Seven should not be left alone. Instead he wants more people to be left behind. He pulls out a gun that is from the room behind Door 6 and holds it against June's forehead. Santa makes June, Lotus, and Ace come with him through one of the Number 9 Doors and Junpei, Clover, and Seven are left stuck. Their bracelets cannot make nine so they can't leave. While they are trying to decide what to do they notice there is a coffin in the back of the room. Noises begin coming from the coffin and that is the end.


Safe Ending:
In this ending Junpei, Santa, June, and Ace go into Door 6. During this time Santa and Junpei have a conversation where Santa reveals some information on Ace. Santa says Ace told him about this information himself. After that they find the coffin with the key and gun and decide to leave the gun there and just take the key. Later they meet up with everyone else. Clover goes missing and when she is found she is no longer alive. She has been murdered. They try to figure out who the killer is and Clover has a clue in her hand then Junpei is able to figure out how to open the mysterious safe that was not needed for the puzzle in that area. Inside is information that allows Junpei to figure out who the killer is. They go the big room with all the beds and Junpei asks Ace what his name is. Ace says "Junpei" but Junpei says that is incorrect. He says he is actually Santa. On the way there Santa and Junpei switched clothes. Ace says that is not possible because Junpei has the number 5 Bracelet. Junpei points out the obvious that the simpler answer would have been to say that Junpei and Santa do not look alike. But Ace has a brain condition that makes all faces look the same. That is what Junpei was trying to prove. The man who was killed in the shower room was not Snake. It was a completely different man wearing Snake's outfit and Bracelet. Only Ace would have made that mistake because he couldn't tell it wasn't Snake. Junpei knew that wasn't Snake because Snake's left arm is fake. He lost his real arm in an accident. The man in the shower room had a left arm of flesh and blood. Now that the truth is out Junpei reveals Ace is actually a man named Hongou who owns a big pharmaceutical company. He was also the man who ran the Nonary game that happened nine years ago. He tried to kill Snake because Snake participated in that game nine years ago and he was worried Snake would figure out who he was. He killed Clover because she had figured out Ace stole the Number 9 Bracelet and has most likely used that to open The Number 3 Door so he could push Snake inside and kill him. Once everything has been revealed Ace pulls out a gun and demands that June, Lotus, and Santa come with him through the Number 9 Door. They comply and Seven and Junpei are left behind. They hear noises coming from a coffin in the back of the room. Junpei is able to open the coffin and inside is Snake. He is still alive. Snake says how he has been unconscious up until now and has no idea what is going on. Junpei and Seven explain what happened (but they leave out Clover's death) and then they think of what to do. Seven pulls out the Number Zero Bracelet that Clover had found in Room 1. They try to use that to open the Number 9 Door with Seven and Snake's Bracelet's along with the Number Zero Bracelet but it doesn't work. They test out other combinations and find the Bracelet doesn't actually have a value of Zero, it has a value of 6. Which means Junpei and Seven came use it to go through the Number 9 Door. But that would mean Snake has to be left behind. However, he is not worried. Snake has a secret trick he has been saving for an emergency. Snake simply crushes part of his prosthetic arm and slides the bracelet off. Now he can go through the door and not have to worry about the penalty for breaking the rules. The three of them go through the door and chase after Ace and the others. They reach a giant incinerator and inside are Lotus and Ace. Snake, Seven, and Junpei go in. At the end on the room is another Number 9 Door. Before anyone can speak an announcement plays saying that the incinerator is going to active soon. The door will close and everything inside will burn. Ace then asks how the three of them managed to get through the Number 9 Door. He asks if they used Clover's Bracelet. Snake is shocked and angered by the suggestion. He does not know what happened to Clover so Ace admits that he killed. Snake snaps and shouts that he is going to kill Ace. Snake rushes Ace and Ace shoots him. Lotus is able to get away and runs to Junpei and Seven. Ace is not going to let them leave. He still has enough bullets left to finish them all off if they try to run. But then Snake gets back up. He goes after Ace again so Ace shoots. He keeps shooting until he is out of bullets but Snake doesn't stop. He latches on to Ace and tells everyone else to get out of the incinerator. They do as they are told and the door closes with Ace and Snake inside. They are both burned to death. They all go back to look for Santa and June. Junpei finds June lying on the ground and asks her what is wrong. Then a message comes from Zero. Zero says the game is over and that Zero is the one who lost. Junpei turns back to look at June but she is gone. That is the end.

True Ending:
