How do you help recon bob yewlaiter in stick rpg 2

You have to get a sledgehammer and ubotanium. To get the sledge hammer buy toilet paper from wally mart. Take the TP to the man in the bathroom in skye's bar (first building in second region 'Recon' Bob Yewlaiter will turn it into a super sledge for you making it stronger. You can bring him more stuff to upgrade it with later but im not sure what those things are yet.
