How do you buy a male mare and breed my female horse on horwse
Before starting make sure you have at least 700 equus (500 for the vet and a minimum of 200 for a horse to breed to your mare) and 6 aging points (unless you can age your horse without using aging points).
1) Go onto the page of the horse you want to breed. Make sure she's female.
2) Find the box labeled "Reproduction". It should be in the bottom right corner.
3) Click "Public Coverings" or "Private Coverings" if one of your friends has reserved their stallion for you (you can tell that one of your friends has reserved their stallion for you if the "Public Coverings" button is not black and white. If it is, click "Public Coverings")
4) If you want to find a specific breed of horse or colour to breed to your mare, click "Search for coverings with more details" and put in what you are looking for before clicking "Display Coverings".
5) Look through the horses and chose one you want by clicking "Choose". (Be aware of how much the horse costs to breed to your horse. Make sure that after you spent the money on the horse, that you will still have 500 Equus for the veterinarian).
6) Check what bonuses you can give your mare and give the ones you can before clicking "Cover my Mare".
7) Make sure your mare is healthy and happy while pregnant so it is a good idea to take care of your mare before aging her. Age her until she is ready to give birth (you can age her until she has her baby in just a couple of minutes or go on each day to age her two months at a time. Make sure you don't wait to long to age her or you might lose the foal). After 8 months (4 aging points that age 2 months) you can get an ultrasound to found out the sex, breed, and coat of the unborn foal. Just click on the "Ultrasound" button under "Reproduction", but make sure you have the 50 Equus to spare.
8) After aging your mare 10 months, make sure your mare has plenty of energy, health, and morale. Also make sure she is in an equestrian centre and that you still have the 500 Equus to pay for the vet.
9) After you have aged your mare 12 months, she is ready to give birth. A notice will come up as soon as you age her for the 6th time (making her 12 months older). Click "Send for the veterinarian".
10) Congratulations! Your foal (or foals if you had twins) is born. Name your foal and click "Send". Now go take care of your foal and your mare.
Good luck!
