Why is it i can Log into the world of warcraft Game but I cant the website with this Authenticator

If you are having difficulty logging on to the WoW Website (I am assuming account administration and/or forums), check the following:

• Did you have the correct website address and not a phishing site? The quickest way to get to the WoW website is by opening the game and clicking "account administration". This will take you directly to the correct website.
• Did you fill in your username and password correctly? Don't use your browser's ability to remember usernames and passwords - this is unsafe. And if it remembers a username/password you typed wrong, you still can't log in without retyping it.
• Does your WoW account have parental controls active, which might prevent you from posting on the forums and/or logging in to the website account?
• Check if the security and firewall settings on your computer allow you to use the necessary controls and load webpages - if in doubt, put the settings back to default.
