Will combo kills in assassins creed brotherhood cost ammo I see the stab plus gun combo and if your not in control of when the gun fires it seems like it would inadvertantly deplete ammo very quickly

Yes, they WILL cost you ammo. And it's not like the gun will fire automatically, for gun you have to Hold the default button to strike a lil longer. Yes it will deplete ammo quite fast if you keep using that combo on everyone.
1.Stab a guy with a sword and then shoot him.
2.Stab a guy and shoot another guy
are the basic two options(i think there is a third too)
Use them wisely, and don't worry about the bullet capacity, you have a crossbow too(PS..i heard somewhere that the capacity for ammo can be upgraded, who knows, maybe some tailor pouch upgrade.)
