What is the best stategy game

StarCraft II is good if your system can run good looking games. Not recommended if you don't have a super good PC.
Otherwise I recommend Warcraft III, one of the best games ever. It can run on most PC's even older ones and doesn't look too bad.
StarCraft II plays a lot like WarCraft III, but with better graphics.
