How do you release monsters on monster ranch

it's dead simple I'm a moshi and it's easy so listen close!
all you do is go to seed cart and then buy 3 magic beans then plant them and go to sludge street and go to disco then go up again and last of all go to oh la lane and you'll have released a monsters ranch!
