no. first you need to unlock and beat firecat alley OR cyclops lane, then headmaster ambarose will tell you that he'll let you go to colosus boulevard. after you complete the main questline there, talk to him again and he'll send you to krocotopia. (all of the mentioned places cost about 1000 crowns to unlock)
