How do you play as Sora in 3582 days

You can only play as Sora in mission mode, and that is by completely finishing every mission in story mode. To do this, simply completly fill the Mission gauge. This is only possible when you have beat the game. When you do this you must go to the Moogle Shop, and you can buy Sora's Awakening for 10,000 to 30,000 heart points. Im not sure, because the amount varies from which language you play it in.
