How do you be an admain on roblox

First off roblox is a bad game. Lag, bad gameplay and even worse graphics. Play runescape. Secondly asking for administration (admin) will prove you only want it for power. Like any game mods/admins are supposed to help people so I would start there and if roblox has forums you could awnser questions there (proper English if possible).
I have seen several hacks for tix and bux and the occasional admin hack but be wary.
