How can you change your boots as a non-member I was playing runescape and i went to the make up mage and i change my skin color and then instead i had reallt low shoes instead of my boots. HELP

You can't- you must make a new account. Members have the access to this feature. Once they complete the Fremmenik Trials quest, players should go to Relleka and then go to Yrsa's shop to change shoes.
