There's no "most powerful" weapon is AQWorlds.Type oicu812 in Valencia's Code Shop to get the cheapest weapon in the game.To get the strongest set,you need to have the following:

CC Armor
Serpent's Claw(Lucky)
Ninja Class(Lucky)
Any CC helm(you might want to hide it,Hybrid)
Any CC cape(Thief)
