What is the worst armor in oblivion

There is gear you can put on that gives you no stats at all except the gain in weight. There are 2 types of armor, Light armor and Heavy armor
Light armors worst: Fur
Light armors best: Glass

Heavy armors worst: Iron
Heavy armors best: Deadric (idk how to spell it)

This is of course w/out hax & mods
