Will you get suspended on xbox360 if your gamertag is inappropriate

you wont be suspended.....or actually no i take it back yea you will be suspended until you change it. I know mine used to be ROOSTERTHEPIMP for like the longest time and one day xbox said it was inappropriate and made me change it.
