Convert files from xbox 360 format to windows 7 format

That's not really how it works. Firstly, a file's format is not determined by the operating system using it, but by what type of data it contains. secondly, Virtually all electronic devices can store (but not necessarily handle) any kind of file. (given it's not too big) So in other words, they are already in "windows 7 format". However for anti-piracy reasons, special formats of files are made for videogames that differ from game to game. So it's not a case of "is it computer format?" but a case of "is it a type of file that my computer has the programs to open and work with?"
